"The team was quick with communication when we had any questions, but I wish we had more guidance from their end during the loan process. There were certain things that could have been avoided if they took a little more time and effort into my loan process. A little transparency and effort often go a long way. It was a little frustrating receiving documents to sign that weren't yet accurate all the way until the very end. When we finally recieved all the right numbers, it was only a few days before closing. Other than that, the team was very patient and knowledgeable during this process."
