"The communication was great along each step of the process except for a small mixup with the home warranty that for some reason was not removed from the balance sheet at the closing at Lakeland Title. Other than that small mixup, both Jonathan and Jourdan did a great job with keeping open communication and answering any questions, which is all I could ask for."

"after the intial process working with Alan, the communication was better. In the begining the communicatin with Alan Smith was good but soon after we started the process it was difficult getting clarification or contact with him. It was easier to communicate once Jonathan took over the file. I will say for first time home buyers some extra explaination of the process and what to expect would be grately appriatated. As a first time home buyer it was difficult to navigate the process. I found I needed to do outside research and to ask many questions, it would be alot less stress for the buyer if the loan officer / agent explains the process more in the begining and all that may be required. At the end of our loan process we got hit with alot of additional tests in the last 1-2 weeks we were scheduled to close. It would of been alot less stressfull to know those tests were needed when we did the initial inspections and could have had the water test, well test, ect done at that time and not needed to push the closing date back due to trying to get these tests done last minute."
