"His openness and willingness to listen to what my long-term goals with homeownership were, to find the right loan and terms that work for me. I was looking for this to be my forever home and to make it work where I was saving money in the long run- he understood what I was doing and why I wanted to do it and we made it happen. It was a very personalable experience, where he got to know me and I got to know him and we were able to make everything work to get me in a home that meets my short and long-term financial goals and home ownership needs. I had the ability to finance through anyone I wanted and when I got an offer that was better- I took it to John and he beat it. He couldn't beat that company's lifetime refinancing offer, but because of the relationship we developed throughout this journey, I stayed on with John and financed through NAF. Refinancing isn't ever a guarantee and just because you can doesn't mean it makes sense to do it. Anyways, I was never stressed through the whole process and John actually made this a fun experience for me. He is amazing at his job and he is very transparent and trustworthy- all very important things! I definitely recommend John- he just happens to work for NAF, but it is John who has my business and loyalty. Treat him well; he more than deserves your loyalty as a business and brand."
