"Processor attention to detail was remarkably lacking as compared to previous experiences. It seems like she didn't actually review the documents we sent her, because she consistently asked questions that were answered in the documents she requested. Also, it seems like she wasn't able to anticiapte additional documents or information that would be requested by underwriting. Although the loan closed on time, it was a stressful scenario because it seemed as though she lacked organizational skills in gathering the details that were required by underwriting."
