"Jeff Rach acted entitled and couldn't understand that I got paid bi weekly and was asking for paychecks that didn't exist. He didn't know that my fiancee sas tenant in common had passed away in 2014. After me telling this to another one of his colleagues. We kept repeating what I had said or sent documents of before. Then they wanted me to pay an extra $1000 to lock my rate when I just gave them $1000 to lower the rate! I told them there would be no more money."
