"I'll tell you why. We were working with US Bank because we were offered a great program and great interest rate. I was already consulting with Adolfo and he agreed that it was good deal. However my regret was I put too much trust on US Bank and didn't move forward with Adolfo as a back up from the beginning. Two weeks after our offer got accepted, US Bank over promised and under delivered, we were told on the last day of the week before we have to remove loan contingency on Monday they switched program and our payme went up additional $1000. It was unpleasant experience for us, concerned about our deposit and losing our dream home. I contacted Adolfo and he came to the rescue, he provided insight and guide us through the process. After long stressful 3 weeks he got it done, we funded and supposed to record today. I've known Adolfo since 2001, he he helped me get into my first home when he was with Wells. I trust him and I know he will do a great job. My girlfriend and I are thankful that he helped us, we both now can live in our dream home and close to work. Thank you ????"
