"I felt like Cynthia and Stephanie truly cared about me as a person and did their best to make my refinance experience as painless as possible. They both made themselves available and returned all calls in a timely manner. They were were able to help me resolve isssues I had with third party people involved in the process and were very knowledgeable and able to address all my questions and concerns. There were definitely many challenges during the process and I stayed with New American Funding despite those challenges because I felt that Cynthia always had my best interest at heart. Cynthia and Stephanie were both very supportive and worked very hard for me and without them I am not sure I would have completed the entire process with such a positive attitude.
