"I enjoyed working with NAF. I would have appreciated better communication. Crystal was hard to get in contact with. I was asked multiple times for the same information , by different people, (who were all cc'd in the email) within the same email thread. It made me question if I even had a file. And if I did, it needed to be better organized. It was extremely frustrating. Crystal is very good at her job and is well informed. I just wish she was easier to get a hold of and that the people working for the company were more organized"
