"Was not happy with the communication at time of closing. Had issues with the wire from NAF not being available on time. And I made phone calls to loan officer and processor at that time and never heard back from anyone from NAF. And that is the critical time when buyer is stressed and needed to know what was going on. So funding was delayed almost an hour. And that is not acceptable when multiple closings are occuring and the seller of the house was doing a back to back close so our funding affected and delayed their closing."
