A lifelong resident of Southeast Texas, Calem Atkins has spent more than 22 years helping families make their dreams of homeownership come true. What began as a college internship quickly grew into a lifelong passion—one that continues to inspire him every day.
For Calem, being a mortgage lender isn’t just about numbers and loans—it’s about people, families, and futures. A proud graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Calem has earned recognition as a top-ranking mortgage lender both locally and nationally. As a Branch Manager with New American Funding, he is dedicated to providing personalized, transparent lending experiences and unbiased advice that empower his clients to make confident financial decisions.
Calem is married to his
college sweetheart, and together they have three children. When he’s not
serving clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the
