"Brittany was top notch, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Sara was very nice, but there were many redundant requests for documents, etc. I also had a very difficult time hearing her on speaker - felt like she was shouting against background noise. I think I said \"what did you say\" constantly. the closing day/appointment was rescheduled 5 times. To day, the notary called me and asked to meet her and resign papers because they were \"lost\". So tomorrow I have to meet her . Another problem is I thought I'd have no mortgage payment this month, but I did. Hopefully I'll have the break in Jan. Everyone was very nice and were trying I'm sure. This experience was the most time consuming and frustrating mortgage I've ever done, and I've done many! Thanks to all. I do really appreciate it!"
