"They requirements we had to go through three times - the same thing over and over again . That delayed us closing on the property 2 and 1/2 months late. Because of that, our contractor had to get another job and that is adding another month delay. The people were great but not process . All of a loan for $90,000 when we had over $45 to $ 50,000 in the bank."
