"This loan started out 1 1/2 years ago with Skip Drulias and was handed over to Brandon when Skip left. The hand off was nearly seamless and professional. They both treated my little transaction like it was a big deal. They stuck by me while the probate court diddled with time. The Santa Cruz bros made me feel like I had real friends looking out for me! Brandon knew my $ was tight and worked to fit the pieces into a finished puzzle. The last few weeks going into escrow we were lucky enough to have Cynthia as our loan processor. She made herself available to us at all hours and weekends. She also got involved in solving a request for engineering work that popped up the day before escrow had been planned to close. She went beyond her required role to help.
