"Stacey Frazier, Kendra Connelley and Danielle Hurt were awesome. Even our appraiser was very informative and knowledgeable. Kendra went above and beyond to ensure we were kept in the loop and to explain everything for us. Without her and Stacey I don't think we would've made it to closing! The underwriter (Lucia) could use some coaching on best practices. Having your customer literally 20mins from closing having to do vital information gathering is quite frankly unacceptable. It indicates either she's overworked or quite frankly lazy. We sat the closing attorneys office for almost two hours waiting on her to finalize stuff. Insane. Stacey and Kendra saved the day for sure. Someone needs to give em a raise a big ole 5 star steak dinner!"

(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
