New American Funding itself, started as a dream. When Rick and Patty Arvielo first opened the doors to NAF in 2003, they knew they wanted to build a company based on values like teamwork, respect, and innovation. NAF began as a call center with just a handful of team members, focused on helping customers achieve their own dream of home ownership by providing the best solutions to their unique financing needs.
Like many dreams, NAF has grown and changed over time. As the years passed, we expanded, opening branches across the United States, creating new technologies to support our employees and our customers, and working tirelessly to build the 3,400+ strong company we are today.
NAF today has 170 branches, is licensed in 49 states, and has a servicing portfolio of $64.5 billion. While the business Rick and Patty started 20 years ago has changed significantly, the values they built their dream on, have not.
Now, in 2023, we have decided to highlight another value that NAF is built around. Unity. In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we are excited to announce a fresh new look that mirrors the innovation, growth, and professionalism that NAF represents. Our goal is to create a unified brand identity that best reflects our commitment to our customers and the communities we serve.
NAF and its family of companies will begin the evolution of becoming a branded house, an evolution you will get to be a part of, as we share with you our full rebrand over the next few months. We have designed a new logo and chosen new colors for our company and will be consolidating our name across our various platforms, organizations, and technologies.
NAF has consistently been named one of the fastest growing companies in the US and we are dedicated to continuing that trajectory without sacrificing customer care. NAF has always been an industry leader in innovation and while our look will be changing, our commitment to serving you will not.
