New American Funding Is Proud to Welcome Jimmy Lucero and George Rubio to the Company

New American Funding is excited to welcome Jimmy Lucero and George Rubio to the New American Funding family as Vice Presidents of the LA East region. Lucero and Rubio, both seasoned in the mortgage industry, these professionals teamed up to expand New American Funding’s market share and presence in East Los Angeles, California.

Born and raised in Southern California, Lucero has worked as both a real estate agent and loan officer over the course of his 25 years in the industry. He has received multiple awards and recognition for his achievements and was one of the top loan officers in his previous company for eleven years straight. He continually provides creative home financing solutions for his real estate partners and clients, helping them to achieve the dream of homeownership. He places a high emphasis on delivering an extraordinary mortgage experience and has repeatedly been described by his customers as respectful, honest and devoted. As a manager, he looks for likeminded, goal oriented loan consultants who are hungry to take their game to the next level. Lucero looks forward to the many successes to come for New American Funding’s LA East region.

Rubio’s 20+ years in the industry have more than prepared him for his leading role in growing the company’s LA East region. He has made it his priority to help borrowers in the Greater Los Angeles Area discover home financing solutions that will put them on the path to homeownership. Rubio has received much recognition for his outstanding performance within the mortgage industry and has won numerous Top Producer awards. “I joined this team because I believe in New American Funding’s vision, culture and the commitment that it takes for success and longevity in this business.”

New American Funding’s LA East region includes their Glendora, City of Industry, Downey and Cerritos locations. Lucero and Rubio recently opened the Cerritos location, and look forward to future location expansions throughout 2015.
