President of New American Funding, Rick Arvielo, to Speak at Home Buyer Workshop
Rick Arvielo, President of New American Funding, is the special guest speaker for the company's upcoming Free Home Buyer Workshop in conjunction with the Orange County Register on Thursday July 28, 2011.
Rick Arvielo, his team and panel of local experts will be covering topics including a wide array of mortgage loan products. In addition, industry experts will be there to answer questions on ever-changing interest rates, the future of home prices, when to buy a home, personal credit information, what it takes to obtain a home loan and more. Those encouraged to attend include first time home buyers, empty nesters, and move up home buyers. According to Rick Arvielo, this workshop comes at a crucial time when "affordability is at all time highs and interest rates are at multi-decade lows."
Arvielo is pushing his company to new heights with the addition of their new Reverse Mortgage Division and the expansion of their Residential Lending Division.
