New American Funding Named One of Best Workplaces for Millennials

For the fifth straight year, New American Funding, a top nationwide mortgage lender, has been named one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials™ by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work. This year, the mortgage lender ranked #23 out of 100 companies.

The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5.3 million current employees. In the survey, 96% of New American Funding’s employees said the company is a great place to work. This number is 59% higher than the average U.S. company.

The company continues to break its own lending records and currently boasts 4,800 employees, 179 nationwide locations, and a servicing portfolio of over 201,000 loans for approximately $52.5 billion.

The company has already hired more than 1,191 new employees this year, with diversity key in its recruitment. Millennials comprise 38% of the company’s workforce, while women and minorities make up 60% and 45%, respectively.
