New American Funding Named One of the Best Workplaces in Texas
New American Funding, a leader in the mortgage industry, was named a 2020 Best Workplaces in Texas™, according to FORTUNE and Great Place to Work®. This award win marks the first time New American Funding has made the annual list.
New American Funding ranked #24 and is the highest-ranked direct mortgage lender on the list, which recognizes workplaces for metrics such as:

- Culture
- Respect
- Fairness

The annual list contains 50 Best Workplaces and the ranking is based on feedback from over 55,000 employees at Great Place to Work – certified™ Organizations. An anonymous Trust Index© survey is also distributed which assesses employees experience in the workplace. Among the employees surveyed, 94% believe New American Funding is a great place to work.

In 2013, New American Funding implemented a servicing center in Austin, Texas. Since opening the servicing center, the company has grown its loan portfolio from 13,747 loans for $3.9 Billion to 57,927 loans for $31 Billion.
New American Funding has five branch offices throughout Texas, including branches in El Paso, Plano, and Sugar Land.
