New American Funding Named One of Mortgage Professional America's Top Mortgage Workplaces

For the second year in a row, top nationwide mortgage lender New American Funding has been named a Top Mortgage Workplace by Mortgage Professional America.

This is the lender’s second time making the list in as many years. Last year, New American Funding was named to the publication’s inaugural top workplace report.

The award program, which is in its second year, recognizes and honors the mortgage industry’s best employers.

The award is based on two parts. The first phase involves a comprehensive evaluation of each company’s workplace benefits, diversity and inclusion efforts, employee development, workplace culture, and much more.

The second phase consists of an employee survey, where company employees are asked about their experience at the company. The combined scores determine the top companies and their final ranking.

This is the latest honor for New American Funding, which has consistently been recognized as a top nationwide employer.
