Opening our doors
More than two decades ago, Rick and Patty Arvielo embarked on a mission to create a unique mortgage company. By merging Rick's expertise in technology with Patty's extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, they revolutionized the lending process with cutting-edge technology. Today, NAF stands as one of the largest privately-owned mortgage lenders in the country.
Expanding our footprint
Located in Orange County, California, we have rapidly expanded to become a leading force in the home loan industry, boasting 263 locations across the nation. We manage a servicing portfolio that includes more than 266,000 loans valued at $70 billion. Additionally, we are a direct mortgage lender, seller, and servicer for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae, with licenses in all 50 states.
